Obey and abide by all USA Boxing published rules, regulations and procedures.

 Maintain exemplary standards of personal conduct.

 Obey all state, national and international laws.

 Do not use alcohol, illegal drugs or substances that could impair ability or judgement as a coach.

 Refrain from using any profane or abusive languarge.

 Accept no gratuities or gifts from Athlete members.

 Refrain from fraternization with athletes.

 No sexual harrassment or sexual misconduct with any Athlete.

 Teach and support the Athletes fairly and equitably.

 Do not discriminate against any Athlete.
