HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

The Undersigned agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AMAVISCA COOLING, FRANK AMAVISCA, YUMA COUNTY YOUTH BOXING ASSOCIATION., INC. DIRECTORS, TRUSTEES, OFFICERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS from and against all costs, losses, claims, demands, suits, actions, payments and judgments arising from personal or bodily injuries, property damage or otherwise, brought or recovered against the above that may arise from or be alleged to be caused by the Undersigned's use of the above facilities.
